E-Presensi addresses a practical problem in location-based attendance: workspaces are almost never perfectly circular. A fixed radius creates grey zones — points outside the building still counted as present, or the reverse.
The app uses polygons to define area boundaries with precision. Participants are marked present only when their position falls within the defined polygon — matching the actual shape of the workspace, building, or learning location.
The approach is straightforward: receive GPS coordinates, compare against stored polygons, record time and status. The interface lets administrators set area boundaries without requiring technical expertise.
